Card types

Everyone who is interested and who agrees to the terms of use is entitled to the basic card. The card can be obtained for free after registration. You can collect points and use MedusaCard benefits during each purchase in one of our venues. On the basic card, the collection of points works based on the formula: 0,2 Eur = 1 point (1 Eur = 5 points).

Every member who has spent more than 1 000 Eur in our establishments in a period of twelve consecutive months is entitled to a bronze card. You become the owner of a bronze card when you meet the conditions. We will then contact you and provide you with a bronze MedusaCard. The card is valid for 1 year from the moment the status changes from basic to bronze. The condition for maintaining bronze status for the next year will be met if you spend over 1 000 Eur during 12 consecutive months in our venues during the validity of the bronze card.

In addition to the basic benefits, the bronze card also brings special benefits, and the collection of points itself works according to an accelerated formula: 0.2 Eur = 2 points (1 Eur = 10 points)

Bronze clients can use all the benefits of the basic MedusaCard and, in addition, they have extra benefits available only for bronze clients.

Every customer who spent more than 2 000 Eur during 12 consecutive months in our venues is entitled to silver MedusaCard. You become a silver cardholder as soon as you have fulfilled this requirement. After that, we contact you and deliver to you a silver card with your name embossed on it. The card is valid for 1 year from the moment of status change from basic to silver. The requirement for keeping silver status for the following year is to again spend over 2 000 Eur during 12 consecutive months in our venues during the validity of the silver card.

Beside basic benefits, the silver card also brings you special advantages, and the collection of points works based on an accelerated formula: 0,2 Eur = 4 points (1 Eur = 20 points)

Silver clients can use all the benefits of basic MedusaCard, as well as extra benefits available only to silver clients.

Every customer who spent over 5 000 Eur during 12 consecutive months in our venues is entitled to gold MedusaCard. Holders of the gold card enjoy special benefits and receive exclusive offers and invitations to customized events. The collection of points uses the same formula as the silver card.

Gold clients can use all the benefits of basic MedusaCard, as well as extra benefits available only to gold clients.
